I’ve really enjoyed photographing The Skills Centre, capturing classrooms, training sessions, construction sites, and day-to-day activity across their facilities. These images are being used across the Centre’s website, marketing, and communications to showcase the culture, environment, and opportunities available to learners.

The Skills Centre is all about:

• Building opportunities for local people
• Transforming lives through training and career progression
• Creating social value by connecting a site-ready workforce with local employment opportunities

With courses ranging from entry-level to NVQ Level 7, and partnerships with councils, developers and employers, the Centre is helping bridge the skills gap while opening doors to sustainable careers in construction.

It was a privilege to help bring this work to life visually and to support a mission that is making such a positive impact.
