Capturing team members and the internal culture of any company can be a daunting task, particularly if the subjects aren't quite prepared.

The skill is in making your staff feel relaxed and at ease, making the space neat and tidy, all are dressed and prepared so that together, we find the very best representation of the company.

I start with a consultation, a site visit and may include test shots but focus as much attention on nervous team members as I can, helping them raise the smile that I always know is in them. Usually this type of shoot will end up on a company website and/or various promotional advertising content.
